Committed to your health and well-being.

Jonesia brings over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry as a Registered Nurse and two years of clinical expertise as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Though her practice is new, her expertise, results, and client satisfaction are not. With full practice authority, Jonesia is able to provide comprehensive primary care services independently-without physician oversight. Jonesia is currently pursuing an additional certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to expand her ability to provide comprehensive, holistic care. Her approach is anchored in experience, empathy, and a deep commitment to patient well-being.

​We take debit/credit card and/ or Zelle.​

  • How do I book an appointment?

    1. Be sure to fill out the ​​ Client Intake Form to let us know what you need help with.

    2. Select a time to schedule your 30-minute virtual appointment.

    3. Once the appointment is complete, your prescription will be sent to your preferred pharmacy!
